R/bak PSA line of plate mounting tapes combines our cushion mounting materials with rubber based adhesives in a variety of thicknesses.

PSA LT – Low-Tack Adhesive

  • Available thicknesses of .020-.080 in (.51 mm – 2.03 mm)
  • Ideal for use on photopolymer plates
  • Allows for easy re-positioning and removal from the cushion
  • Suited for wide web applications

PSA MT – Medium-Tack Adhesive

  • Available thicknesses of .020-.060 in (.51 mm – 1.52 mm)
  • Firmly grips photopolymer plates but allows easy demount
  • Suited for smaller diameter cylinders with plates exhibiting edge lift

PSA HT – High-Tack Adhesive

  • Available thicknesses of .020-.080 in (.51 mm – 2.03 mm)
  • Aggressive adhesive for mounting rubber or thick, hard photopolymer plates

Mounting to cylinder will result in difficult demount or delamination
