The BISCO HT-6000 series of performance solid silicones are ideal for high demand gasketing applications. They provide low compression set (<5%), high tear strength, resistance to fluids and extremely tight thickness tolerances. The HT-6000 series is available in soft to firm grades with specific characteristics, including HT-6360 Firesafe Solid Silicone, HT-6210 and HT-6220 Soft Solid Silicones, HT-6135 Tight Tolerance Solid Silicone and HT-6240 Transparent Solid Silicone.

  • Durometer of 10-65 ± 5 Shore A
  • Tensile strength of 250 to 1000 PSI
  • Elongation of 175 to 650%
  • Tear resistance of 25-125 PPI
