Our curamik® Performance Plus substrates based on Si3N4 ceramics joined with thick copper are produced in an active metal brazing (AMB) process and are characterized by high robustness. These substrates are mainly used in applications in which a long lifetime, high reliability and robustness are required, as well as partial discharge should not occur. Rogers curamik® Performance Plus is great for use in automotive power electronics, especially in Hybrid and Electric Vehicles´ traction drive inverters, as well as in high reliability power modules, renewable energy and traction.
